Eddie never really did a Prince imitation back in the day did he? Guess this would be it then cause it had me laughin'. The main reason for that is cuz while the falsettos, beat & Princely shrieks were decent enough I simply cannot take this dude seriously whenever he grabs the mic & decides to sing a serious song. I did love his rap scene in "Dream Girls" though. That was definitely the highlight of the film for me. Just like his overall prescence in the film was a highlight for me. That reminds me, there was a time where "Tha Funkee Baldhead" was selling one of Eddie's albums on his record store's website....actually the LP is still there from memory, but anyway I remember him describing it on his site as: "This is NOT a comedy record....but it should be ha ha ha!!!" What can I say? He was right on the money with his statement. :D
