He’s performing 21 nights in London and seven nights in Los Angeles this summer. But Prince is doing only one night in his hometown — July 7 at Target Center in Minneapolis. It will coincide with the release of a new CD anticipated on 07/07/07, as Prince’s website touts. Expect an official announcement of the concert with ticket details early next week.
Prince’s last major shows in the Twin Cities were three nights at the Xcel in 2004 on the “Musicology” tour.
